I started on a Ninja 250 two weeks ago. Quickly learned I needed more power. I got it!! The 2006 FZ6 is a great bike. Very comfortable. I did a lot of comparisons. This 600cc compairs to 1000cc from other bikes, if you look at the HP 94.1 @ 12,000 and the torqe 43.8 @ 10,250rmp.
Sure there is other 600's with more torqe, but in city driving I don't want to worry about gunning it right off the start. When you got an open rode then the FZ6 gives you the power you need.
Finally, you really sit up on this bike, seems like drivers see me a lot better. Very comfortable to ride all day.
Upgrades/Accessories: Lower Cowling, Solo sport race windscreen.
